Allison Roskam

Executive Director: Allison Roskam

Allison is a graduate of IU Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management and Policy. She is a Licensed Residential Care Administrator, Certified Dementia Practitioner and has been with Traditions since 2017.

"There is no other place I would rather be than right here with my amazing residents. They become an extension of our own families and I truly cannot think of anything that would be more deserving of my time and energy. I plan to be here for many years to come. If you are feeling overwhelmed or hesitant to have conversations with your loved ones about making a move, please know that you do not need to go through this process alone. We truly open our hearts to everyone who comes through our doors."

Allison was born and raised in Fishers. She and her husband were recently married and were excited to purchase their first home in the city she considers home. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and family and working on house projects.

Roxanne Turner

Community Relations Director : Roxanne Turner

Roxanne Turner is our Community Relations Director! Roxanne has experience as a Community Relations Manager, Marketing Director, and temporary operations director for independent senior living communities.

"I have always enjoyed senior citizens and their wisdom. I had a very close relationship with my grandmother, who lived to be 98 years old."

Roxanne likes to create video montages for special occasions and enjoys writing and working out.
Penny Jones

Activities Director: Penny Jones

Penny has an Associate Degree in Nursing and has a genuine love of people, especially her residents.

"The stories and wisdom our residents share is amazing. Seeing their faces each morning blesses each day. I've been here for more than six years, and it's such a special gift to follow residents and families through life's changes, to listen and help however we can. I keep the Golden Rule in mind each day: treat others the way you would like to be treated." Penny and her husband have one daughter, she has two stepsons and they have two grandchildren.
