My role is centered on relationships and helping those who seek love and care in a new home. Especially for people like Ada and Joyce. Ada's husband had just passed from Covid, and he was the caregiver of Ada, who had dementia, and Joyce, who had disabilities. Over the past year, I have watched Joyce flourish in assisted living, embracing a huge family of residents and staff. She has her independence, but is able to visit her mother every day in memory care and has a built-in support system to love and care for her."
