They become an extension of our own families and I truly cannot think of anything that would be more deserving of my time and energy. I plan to be here for many years to come. If you are feeling overwhelmed or hesitant to have conversations with your loved ones about making a move, please know that you do not need to go through this process alone. We truly open our hearts to everyone who comes through our doors."
Allison was born and raised in Fishers. She and her husband were recently married and were excited to purchase their first home in the city she considers home. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and family and working on house projects.

Penny has an Associate Degree in Nursing and has a genuine love of people, especially her residents.
"The stories and wisdom our residents share is amazing. Seeing their faces each morning blesses each day. I've been here for more than six years, and it's such a special gift to follow residents and families through life's changes, to listen and help however we can. I keep the Golden Rule in mind each day: treat others the way you would like to be treated." Penny and her husband have one daughter, she has two stepsons and they have two grandchildren.
