Tara Curtis-Schwab

Executive Director: Tara Curtis-Schwab

Tara Curtis-Schwab is the Executive Director at Meadow Brook Senior Living. Tara began her career in Physical Therapy and worked with seniors in rehab since 1994. She worked as a Regional Director of Operations in rehab services with seniors, then moved to Regional Director of Operations/Area Vice President for Senior Housing and Rehab. She has worked for Traditions Management since 2018.

"I learn so much every day talking to seniors. They give me joy and teach me so much.”

Tara loves her family, animals, and spending time outdoors. "My father taught me to work hard and play hard!"

Amy Snyder

Community Relations Director: Amy Snyder

Amy Snyder brings a strong hospitality background and a passion for helping others feel welcomed, valued, and at home. After building a career in the hospitality industry, she discovered an even deeper purpose in senior living, where every interaction is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's day.

With more than a year and a half of experience in senior living, Amy is dedicated to creating positive experiences for residents and their families. She understands that choosing a senior living community is a major life decision, and she strives to make the process feel comfortable, personal, and reassuring. Amy loves getting to know residents, hearing their stories, and helping families discover what makes Meadow Brook Senior Living such a special place to call home.

Originally raised in Japan, Amy developed an early appreciation for different cultures and perspectives that continues to shape her approach to hospitality and relationship-building today. She is also the proud mother of four children, all born within five years, which has taught her patience, adaptability, and how to find joy in life's busy moments.

For Amy, senior living is all about building meaningful relationships, earning trust, and helping residents and families feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Natalie Grannan

Wellness Director: Natalie Grannan

Every morning, Natalie Grannan is greeted with smiles, hugs, and laughter from residents--a daily reminder of why she's so passionate about her work. As Wellness Director at Meadow Brook Senior Living, Natalie takes great pride in listening, supporting, and providing care that truly makes a difference in the lives of those she serves.

"Having dedicated a substantial part of my career to providing compassionate and personalized care to the elderly, I am inspired by the commitment to dignity and individual attention that stands at the heart of Traditions!"

With a career dedicated to compassionate and personalized care for seniors, Natalie is inspired by the commitment to dignity and individual attention that defines the Traditions community. Though she never pictured herself in nursing management, finding her place at Meadow Brook changed everything. "My residents are incredibly special to me," she shares. "It's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a way you won't find in any other career."

Outside of work, Natalie is a devoted animal lover (especially cats!) and a passionate music fan. You can often find her at concerts--and as a proud Swiftie, she never misses a chance to sing along to Taylor Swift.

Penny Jones

Activities Director: Penny Jones

Penny has an Associate Degree in Nursing and has a genuine love of people, especially her residents.

"The stories and wisdom our residents share is amazing. Seeing their faces each morning blesses each day. I've been here for more than six years, and it's such a special gift to follow residents and families through life's changes, to listen and help however we can. I keep the Golden Rule in mind each day: treat others the way you would like to be treated." Penny and her husband have one daughter, she has two stepsons and they have two grandchildren.
